We operate on retainer and success based compensation model.

First Evaluation

If we find your venture interesting we schedule followup meeting with you and we ask you to fill in our questionnaire 

Due Diligence

We evaluate your venture with our Supervisory Board and our Industry Experts Advisory to the board (C-Level Executives from our corporate network)

Board Meeting

If your venture is interesting for us and our corporate partners we will schedule a followup meeting with you and our board to discuss our strategic soft-landing / scale-up plan

Service Agreement

We complete a business development service agreement for a duration of time necessary for your venture to achieve your goals. The agreement is based on Retainer Fee payed up-on completion of KPIs. And success based compensation if KPIs are achieved.

On-boarding Workshop and Roll Out

We kick-off our collaboration with an On-boarding Workshop and continue further with our strategic Roll Out together with you and our team.
